Published in the Official Gazette No. 27405 dated 13 November 2009 2009/15546 with the Council of Ministers on 24 November 2009 and published in the Official Gazette No. 27416 2009/15612 the Council of Ministers No. (additional) resolution, 5 species and 27 Vocational and Technical Education , graduate students, and at the latest when it was closed for a maximum of 2015-2016 academic year.

Vocational and Technical Education Faculties within the universities closed down where a total of 26 new faculty, including three new species has been established.

It closed 19 faculties, "Faculty of Technical Education" and 2 "Vocational and Technical Education", including a total of 21 universities where the faculty Faculty of Technology was established 21 new species.

7 out of these 21 faculty, providing criteria for engineering education being implemented in the education departments were opened and students have been accepted for the 2010-2011 academic year.

6 in conjunction with the Faculty of Engineering Lecturer This opened 11 of them, one of them 3, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering and Metallurgical and Materials Engineering Parts 2010 Student Selection and Placement System (University Entrance Exam) and the general quota of 21 students for each section and the Vocational and Technical Secondary School Graduates quota (MTOK) 52 students for a total of 31 students were accepted.
